Moss

Moss is an arlen — a small, silver-furred creature of the Temple, round and soft as a child's toy, with long delicate hands and honey-coloured eyes set in a permanently gentle face. The arlen cleanse the sacred water's magic from those it has touched, soothing frightened minds even as they draw the ether out. To sit with one is to feel deeply, strangely at peace.
