Duke Rav The Fair

Before he bought his title, Rav was better known as Rav the Fair, not because of his smooth looks but because of his sense of fairness. Rav worked his way up from the streets to a place among the nobility. With the money he earned as a successful merchant, he brought his title and a domain in the north of Rekrar. Retirement isn't his plan, however, and he intends to use his position to further his business empire. One plan is to harvest a sap only found in his forest. The tree is sacred to the local fey elves though and any attempt to tap them is met with resistance.
